Rest day

An example week for a fictional café. Yours arrives filled in — you move, rewrite, or delete anything before a single post goes out.

Made for

  • Cafés and restaurants
  • Salons and studios
  • Trades and services
  • Independent retail
  • Clinics and practices
  • Coaches and consultants

How it works

Three steps, and most of them are you saying yes.

You do not need a marketing plan, a content strategy, or a spare afternoon. You need about ten minutes and an opinion.

01

Say what you want out of it

“Fill the quiet weekday afternoons.” That is a good enough brief. Prizm turns it into a calendar with real angles, not a list of prompts for you to finish.

02

Make it unmistakably yours

Drop in your colours, fonts, and logo once. Every template picks them up. Rewrite a caption and Prizm remembers how you write, so the next batch starts closer to home.

03

Approve it, then go back to work

Posts publish themselves at the right local time. If a platform hiccups they retry quietly, and you only hear from us when something genuinely needs you.

The calendar

Open on Monday to a week that is already planned.

Prizm spaces posts out, varies the angle so you are not selling seven days running, and picks times that suit your audience rather than your admin.

Rest day

An example week for a fictional café. Yours arrives filled in — you move, rewrite, or delete anything before a single post goes out.
  • A different reason to post every day, not the same one reworded
  • Times chosen per platform, in your timezone
  • Rewrite or bin anything before it publishes

The artwork

Posts that look like a designer made them.

Every template is built around your brand kit, so your colours and fonts flow through without you opening a design tool. Need something that does not exist yet? Describe it and Prizm draws the template too.

NEW THIS WEEK
Three new drinks. One divides the room.
On from Friday, all spring
Editorial StatementFor the announcement that deserves a full stop.
TIP 03
Batch your posts on a Sunday, not a Monday
Two or three sentences that make the tip usable today.
Quiet Tip CardRoom to breathe, and one thing worth saving.
Two for one, 2–4pm
Filter coffee, every weekday
All week
Offer BurstPure graphic, for when the offer is the message.

All three are rendering the same example brand palette. Change one colour in your brand kit and every template moves with it.

The words

One idea, written properly for each platform.

Not one caption trimmed to fit three character limits. LinkedIn gets the reasoning, Instagram gets the hook, Facebook gets the details — with hashtags and a photo direction for each.

Instagram

Three new drinks landed this morning. One of them is rhubarb and it is dividing the entire staff room. Come and take a side. 🌸

LinkedIn

We rebuilt the spring menu around what people actually ordered in the quiet hours, not what looked good on the board. Three drinks in, weekday covers between 2 and 4pm are up. Sometimes the menu is the marketing.

Facebook

The spring menu is on from today ☕ Three new drinks, in all week, and the rhubarb one is worth the argument. We are open till 4 on Saturday.

The results

Find out what actually worked, in plain numbers.

Add a trackable link to any post and Prizm counts the clicks, captures the people who fill in your form, and tells you which posts brought them. Then it suggests what to do more of.

  • Clicks and leads attributed to the post that earned them
  • Advice that shows the numbers it came from
  • Export your leads to CSV whenever you want them

Your Thursday posts do the work

Thursday mornings pull almost twice the clicks of any other slot. Worth moving the offer posts there.

Based on: 241 clicks across 18 posts in the last 30 days
Example figures. We show what we can measure ourselves — likes and impressions live inside each platform’s own insights, and we would rather show nothing than a number you cannot rely on.

Why bother

The business people can see is the one they walk into.

You already know posting works. The problem has never been knowing — it is finding the hour, on the day, with something to say. Prizm takes that part.

Post on the mornings you are too busy to think about posting.

Show the work. It is more interesting than you think it is.

Stay familiar, so choosing you barely feels like a decision.

Questions

The things people ask before they sign up.

Do I need to know anything about marketing?

No. Tell Prizm what you want out of the next few weeks — more weekday covers, a launch, more enquiries — and it works backwards from there. You review what it wrote and change anything that does not sound like you.

What happens if a platform goes down?

Scheduled posts retry on their own, with a growing gap between attempts. If something genuinely needs you, it lands in your results tab rather than failing quietly.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from the billing tab. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the account moves to free — you keep your content, your templates, and your connected accounts.

Do you sell my data?

No. Not to advertisers, not to anyone. We use a small number of providers to run the service and nothing else touches your content. The privacy policy spells out exactly who and why.

Your next month of posts is about ten minutes away.

Start on the free plan, see a full week written for your business, and decide from there. Nothing publishes until you say so.
