Legal

Terms of service

Effective 5 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Prizm. By creating an account you agree to them. We have tried to write them in plain English rather than legalese.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your password to yourself, use a strong one, and turn on two-factor authentication if the account matters to your business. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You must be at least 16, and you must have authority to act for any business or social account you connect.

Plans and billing

The free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the Billing tab in your account or the billing portal it links to.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not give partial or prorated refunds for the remainder of that month. Your account stays on its current plan, with all its limits and features, until that period ends. After that it moves to the free plan — you keep your account, your content, and your connected accounts, subject to the free plan’s limits.

Change your mind before the period ends and you can resume the subscription with no gap and no new charge.

Upgrading takes effect immediately, and the difference is prorated for the rest of the current period. Downgrading applies at the next renewal.

If a payment fails we will retry it. While a payment is outstanding your account falls back to free-plan limits until it is resolved. We may cancel a subscription that stays unpaid.

If we change our prices we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.

Your content

Your content is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it, and publish it to the accounts you connect — only so that we can run the service for you. We claim no ownership and we do not use your content to promote ourselves without asking first.

Drafts the service produces for you are yours to use. Because drafts are generated from the brief you give us, similar briefs may produce similar results for other customers, so we cannot promise a draft is unique. Read what you publish — you are responsible for it.

Leads and the people who give you their details

If you use lead capture, other people’s personal details pass through Prizm. Those details are yours to control and ours only to hold — you are the controller, we are your processor, and these terms are the agreement covering that.

What we commit to:

  • we process leads only to provide the service to you, never for our own purposes;
  • we do not contact your leads, market to them, or sell their details;
  • we keep leads separated by account and never combine them across businesses;
  • we give you export and permanent deletion so you can answer requests yourself;
  • we tell you promptly if their data is ever exposed.

What you are responsible for:

  • having a lawful reason to collect and contact them, and showing accurate consent wording on your form — we store whatever wording you display, but we cannot judge whether it is adequate for your situation;
  • answering their requests to see, correct, or delete what you hold;
  • not using Prizm to collect special category data — health, beliefs, or similar.

If your account closes, export your leads first. We delete them with the rest of your data.

Results and recommendations

The figures we show are the ones we can measure ourselves: what was published, whether it was delivered, how many people clicked your tracked links, and how many became leads. Recommendations are drawn from those numbers and each one shows what it is based on. They are suggestions, not predictions — we do not promise any particular result from following them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Prizm to:

  • publish content that is unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringes someone’s rights;
  • send spam, or post to accounts you are not authorised to use;
  • break the terms of any social platform you connect — their rules still apply to you;
  • attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

Connected platforms

The service publishes to third-party platforms that we do not control. They can change their APIs, rate-limit us, or suspend your account for reasons of their own. We will try to publish what you schedule and will tell you when something fails, but we cannot guarantee any particular post reaches any particular platform.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to schedule maintenance considerately, but we do not offer a formal uptime guarantee. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Buzzzillion is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost business, or lost data — arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time; see the cancellation terms above for what happens to a paid period. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or withdraw the service entirely with reasonable notice — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but cannot use.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
